Behind the gates of Graystone, at the end of a tree-lined cul-de-sac, sits one of South Tempe's rare finds: 3,583 square feet on nearly half an acre, taken to the studs in 2021 and rebuilt without compromise.

Honeywell Aerospace on Warner is minutes away. Avnet's new global headquarters at ASU Research Park is roughly two miles east. Loop 101 and the I-10 are both immediate, putting ASU's main campus, downtown Tempe, Chandler's tech corridor, and Sky Harbor inside an easy drive. Kyrene de las Brisas, Kyrene Middle, and Corona del Sol serve the address.
